Our flag state approved five day ECDIS course is based on the IMO 1.27, with considerable enhancements.
The list below shows the different modules of the course as we deliver it over the five days; our customers will testify that this length of course is absolutely necessary, not only as required by the IMO and flag states, but also to cover what is an exceptionally complex and widely-misunderstood subject.
We thoroughly recommend you check with your training provider that they provide a full 40-hour IMO course, recognised by flag states.
